Nutritional Counseling

Nutrition is NOT about dieting. The end goal is to eat healthy every day, not just for 1 or 2 weeks. Once there is a basic understanding of healthy eating, it becomes much easier to make informed decisions about what to put into your body.

"One size fits all" does not apply to nutrition. We understand that each person is different, and have structured an approach to nutrition that allows you to simply log on for tips and advice, or make a greater commitment through counseling. Below are 3 different ways to take advantage of our nutritional services. We are confident that one of them will be right for you. 

1)Private Counseling (Pay per visit or packages) With private counseling, you will have meetings with Joli either at Charged! or on location-typically a supermarket. We will isolate your weak spots and teach you how to correct them without feeling deprived. The goal is to create a way of living, not a way of dieting. The key to sustained healthy living is enjoying your food and feeling satisfied. Each visit will last about 1 hr. 

2)Mobile Counseling (Monthly service fee) This is a useful tool for the individual with a relatively firm grasp of nutrition, but is still unsure in certain situations. With mobile membership, you can call, email or text Joli at any time with questions regarding menu choices, supermarket choices, meal choices, or any question relating to food. This system allows you to enter into every "food situation" with confidence.

3)Website information (Free) We will frequently be posting quick tips for healthy eating on our website. Anyone can log in and see these tips along with healthy recipes and the latest news and discoveries related to health, wellness and nutrition.
