Cardio, Cardio, Cardio!!
During the holiday season, taking in extra calories is practically unavoidable. So, rather than trying to avoid the extra calories, find time to burn them throughout the day. We all know there are going to be extra treats/cookies laying around(I just had one), so recognize what you are doing, and make sure to put those treats to good use!
We know most people have very limited time these days. That being said, there is always a way to work in 30 minutes of cardio. Even if you split it up between two 15 minute workouts, that will be time and energy well spent!
So, keep the indulgences to a minimum, and get that heart pumping!!!
