
Choose Your Beverages Wisely
I wanted to go a bit further on our "chew on this" comment. As we stated, please stay away from diet as well as regular soda. There are so many chemicals in these products, and our bodies are not able to use them for efficient energy.
We know it is not realistic for people to eat and drink perfectly all the time. But, when you indulge, at least pick things that are real and can be used as real energy. Your body will be much better off!
If it is caffeine you are craving with sodas, switch to tea or coffee. At least these products are natural and have natural antioxidants. Just remember, try to keep the quantity to under 3 cups/day. If you need more, you should work on your sleep patterns:)
If it is the sweetness, try the watered down juice. Or mix juice with sparkling water to create that "soda" effect.
There are always ways to satisfy a craving with a natural product. It is just up to us to be creative.
